Just come back from South Carolina and took these with my recently purchased Pentax Optio S5i.

Another one of canoes:
To keep it car related:
A Man Doing Tricks:
This one needs a bit of editing around the right hand side to centre the picture:
And this is how we travelled between Charlotte and Hilton Head Island. (Interesting experience!)
It's just a shame i'm now back home in not so sunny England!

Nice shots Phil. Smart thinking to make the effort to get the bridge from the same place day and night.
I assume the S5i was in your pocket at all times and behaved itself!
It certainly was (along with a mini Sony tripod I borrowed off a mate). Lucky I had the tripod it was the only way I could photograph the bridge at night too much movement of the camera with it in my hands
