Throttle Cable

Just had a throttle cable go. Doing a search I see it's a common problem but couldn't find anything on actually changing it yourself. Does anyone know how easy (or hard) it is?

Yeah, it's all been happening today! Isn't anyone else using this site at the moment?

I have had 2 snap and the second one was the modified/mark 2 type !

You have to make sure that the alignment at the pedal end is correctly setup otherwise it will begin to wear at that end of the cable where it sits in the pedal mechanism.

Amazing how easy it is to work the throttle with mole grips though !!
