Command/Audio/Telephone/Music failure? Mercedes CL500 2004

I left my car unused for approx 6 months and on putting battery back on started up fine with everything working except the Command unit, it powers up but no Phone, Nav or radio CD function and then switches after a displaying 'system unavailable'

Can anyone help and point me in the right direction to reboot or reset?
