Some of these deals are getting vaguely ridiculous - and Merc isn't the only one.
List prices may keep going up, but in real terms deals like this mean cars are way cheaper than they have ever been. You have to question what this does to residuals and I suspect with the whole shift away from ICE this is only the start.
The idea of buying cars outright and facing an unknown depreciation trajectory is looking more unattractive by the day, and I say that as somone who has never leased a car. Interesting times in the car industry.
