But are absolutley terrible at?

Mine is singing. My missus has told me on more than one occasion I am frankly the worst singer she has ever heard and i'd have to agree but I can't stop.

Half the time I don't even know the words and make them up as I go along hehe

I wouldn't worry, most pro singers I know are crap.

Could get frustrating; write a decent melodic line and then be forced to change it 'cause the "artiste" couldn't carry a tune in a bucket.

Surfing.
Nothing gives me more pleasure than surfing. Must have spent literally weeks in the water over the last ten years. I should be very good by now, I'm not.

Having sex.

I'm awful at it.

Don't know how I'm still with my fiancee. Thought she would have had enough of the poor performances years ago.

I guess I'm like Christmas. Good, lengthy buildup, but the main event is soon over and you are left with a little hangover.

Skiing. In the context of me doing it it shouldn't even be referred to as skiing, more falling over repeatedly. Still, I enjoy it.

Playing the piano. I'm actually quite good when I'm practicing in private but I suffer from such dreadful performance anxiety that no one will ever know.

Skiing. Love it. Love being up in the hills. Love the air. Love the views. Love the atmosphere. Love whizzing along the snow just because of gravity.

But, I really am useless at it. Stiff as a board and devoid of any flow. I'm safe, I know my limits and which slopes are beyond my ability, but those who zoom past in a series of fluid movements must wonder who stuck that awkward looking scarecrow on planks and shoved it off the chair.

What makes you terrible at it?

Missing the pan? Smearing the aftermath everywhere? Not even making it to the toilet?

Or are you like this and really struggle with bog roll:

Great question. Surfing and dancing. I am an amazing shag, but too few people have first hand experience.

Road trips.

I bang on about where I went ,what I saw ,how many miles I did but in reality I organise it carefully beforehand and still

manage to mess up some of it.

I was going on a trip in May ,to take about 12 days but my organising was so poor I went on 2 trips ,2 consecutive weekends and missed out

all the stuff I intended to do during the week....frown

Same here. I love skiing. I don;t fall over much, but I'm still crap, I'm like an out of control elephant hammering downhill.

Riding a motorbike - I love it, but I ride like a drunk emu on a rollerblade.

I am embarrassed to be around proper bikers.

But I get a lot from it, more miles will make me better: hopefully!

I'm skateboarding again after many decades , it's not like riding a bike again . Stupidly painful when it frequently goes wrong , not meant to do the splits at my age ! I only intended some gentlemanly longboarding , but inevitability have become a oap skatepark thrasher laugh its a blast just to be rolling once more .!

Haha, didn't really read the full post, did I? I've painted myself as one of those people that seem to use portaloos at festivals a lot.

For the record, I've never performed a dirty protest!
