Payment solution for a used car in USA

Hi guys,

I want to sell my car but I'm kind of wondering how should I ask the other guy to pay for it.
Cash is not appropriate cuz it's more than 10k and I don't want to get any fake cash, check and cashier's check can be easily faked or the guy can screw me be withdrawing the money at the last minute.

Don't we have a solution in the US like PayPal that act as third party, in order to make sure the money is here and will be delivered ? I heard about a website called escrow basically they replace the cashier check by putting the same process digitally but they charge over 200$ when you see that in Europe the same solution cost less than 30$ ..

Do it in cash, at a bank, so they can check the cash and pay it into your account. Easy.

Or simply do a bank transfer.
