Hello... anyone know how to reset the max and min readings on the Tam/T350? Would be good to start from scratch now I have the new speed sensor - see what readings will now show etc.. Any ideas?

Flick to the main menu screen.
Push both buttons.
Push left button until option 3 Recall.
Push both buttons.
Laugh at 297mph.
Push both buttons to reset to 000mph.
Push left button to display Return to menu.
Push both buttons.
Push the right button until option 1 Normal.
Push both buttons.

but it doesnt work (the function, not the procedure described above..!)

If you reset it all and check it in a few days time, you'll see loads of spurious readings again...!!

(well, I do on mine anyway.. )

Ta.

I'm saving up now for T440R B and the car to go with it!

My max was on silly numbers this morning (297mph), but I'm not sure if it was an 'old' speed sensor reading or a recent silly one with the new speed sensor.

Generally the max record does seem to work properly, but as soon as you get a daft speed reading it records that too.

You're right.

Unless I have done 198mph, without noticing, since I reset it.

You do 198mph every time you turn on the ignition as the arms go round to maximum and then back to zero.

But you do about 9000rpm on start up as well, and it doesn't seem to record that??????????
