997.2 Bluetooth audio
Discussion
Hi,
Does anyone know of a good bluetooth device to use via the USB port for a 997.2.
I have bought a cheap one from ebay but I have to pair it everytime I get in the car which doesnt always work first time.
Also does anyone know of a good bracket for an iphone 6 plus. I currently store it in the centre console under the aircon controls but after a few blasts it ends up under a seat!!!

There's a good thread on them here:

On my 987 it plugs into the USB & line in. Only minor gripes are that it can briefly cut audio for a second (happens maybe once an hour) and sometimes you are required to power down the device, then turn it on again to establish a signal. That only seems to happen if you go out of range of the device whilst it's on, then come back into range. i.e. parking up, going into shops, then coming back. This happens because the device has an inbuilt battery, so when ignition is off, the device remains on if there is enough charge.
That said it is handy in the couple instances I need the USB port for something else; the bluetooth device will run off it's own juice
