Hi folks,
Could someone with a 944 let me know what pressures the tyres need to be as I don't have a manual with mine.

I am presuming about 30 or 2.1 as per normal cars.

Ta folks.
Mike.

From memory it was 30 psi (2 bar) front and 35 psi (2.5 bar) rear (when warm). Personaly I keep them roughly the same front and rear (30 psi) I prefer this set up.

Probably depends on what type of 944 it is.

Mine are 36psi front and 44psi rear.

I suppose it depends what sort of driving you're going to be doing. In Germany they would expect people to drive them at 120+ quite often, hence the fairly high pressures. Over here you could probably get away with slightly lower pressure, maybe 33-34 psi all round? I tried to keep mine at 36psi but noticed my rear Pirelli P7000s were more worn in the middle when I changed them recently...
I think if you do a track day it's advisable to measure the pressure when hot and adjust it back to 36psi.

They are different, according to type. My 250 Turbo is 36 psi front and rear, but the S was less
