Classic car storage Scarborough area

As the title says, anybody know of any places in the Scarborough / Pickering area for winter storage? Secure, warm and decent access would be grand! I've been looking and on waiting lists fir nearly two years now, but no joy so far. Might have to move to the West Riding, home of plentiful old mills looking to be "re-purposed:....
