Best Hungarian bank account for UK expat

After some advice.

I've accepted a role in Budapest, and they want me out there ASAP.

I need to open Hungarian bank account, but will need to be getting money to my UK account as I'll still be running my place here.

I'm being advised (by Hungarian colleagues) that Hungarian Banks are lethal for charges so I'm after advice on:

A: the best account in Hungary

B: The best/cheapest way to transfer back to the UK

C: Any clever solutions I'm not thinking of.

Timescales are tight, so any advice very much appreciated.
