Fitting of harnesses to a GT4

I have recently acquired a GT4 with clubsport package but it didn't come with the harness and extinguisher. I have been able to buy replacements and have enquired with an OPC on costs to fit. It's going to be about 4 hours labour.

I'm quite useful with a spanner and thought I may attempt myself. Has anyone attempted this and is familiar with the work involved in fitting the harnesses to behind the seats? Seats need to come out and it looks like the rear carpeted trim panel needs to be removed too. If anyone has any pointers then please do post.
