GT3 wheel spacers

Greetings all

Does anyone know what spacers the 997.1 GT3 came with as standard and what we're the options?

I doubt they came with any as standard. If you look at the Porsche Techequipment site it only goes back to 997.2. If you look at a Carrera S 997.2 which is a narrow body car with 5 lug wheels (not CL like 997.2 GT3) they list 5mm spacers as an accessory. HTH.

A call to your OPC should clarify...

They came from the factory with 5mm spacers on the front. I don't recall that there were any other options.

Cheers guys.its odd because I have 5mm spacers on the rear but none on the front.

Was wondering if rear spacers were standard (or optional) on rear only. Seems odd to have spacers only on one axle.

Yes mine also 5mm at the rear only. I didn't realise also that the wheel is 12inch rather than 11 and then the 305 tyre just stretched a bit more. If not using the spacer do you think a 315 tyre would work? Reason for asking is I was going to try some Hoosier slicks but they only offer 295 or 315

Possibly because spacers on the front is one of the first things CG recommend to start killing understeer ...
