Its 20 to 1 and ive rediscovered an idlewild album i thought id lost (100 broken windows). Lets hope my warbling doesnt wake up the neighbours

I watched these guys in The Roadhouse in Manchester about 7/8 years ago. One of the best gigs I've been to. Seen them about 7 times in total.

They were supporting Coldplay on their last arena tour and I was quite excited to see them, in fact I was more excited at seeing Idlewild than I was to see Coldplay.

How throughly disappointing they were when they walked on stage, sang their songs with no umph, no passion, nothing more than contempt for the audience and then walked off. Never listened to the album since. Shame really, I really liked it at the time.

ColdPlay had this great green laser as well at that gig, the laser was more impressive than their crappy warbling as well. Why I bought tickets I'll never know - I can't stand the bands music.
