PH won't let me post link to own add

I see many links in the form to cars for sale that members have seen, be they on eBay or PH. Yet when i post a link to my own ad on PH classified to the target car I'm looking to attain as a swap...PH take it down..even though i have paid for the ad.i don't understand it.....

Rule of posting No. 16 clearly states :-

"Do not post or link for the purposes of advertising or personal gain (including cars for sale). If you wish to advertise then please use the classifieds or contact us directly."

You have paid to advertise your car on the classifieds, the forums are not included as per the above stated rule.

If you think other members are breaching this rule then please report them and we will act accordingly, please try to remember that we mods don't see every post that has been made on every thread.
