experts, what can I do with this?

Bodywork experts, help!

This mark has been on the car since I purchased in Jan this year, not sure how it was caused, as dealer didn't know, knocked £50 off for it and it's been pissing me off ever since.

Bumper is plastic, second hand or new replacement bumper is a great expense, can I do anything this?

Father in law suggested heat gun, which could work depending on skill.


Any suggestions?
