Are these a TVR only item ? or can I get them from my local auto factors under a generic part ?

If not, whats the cost likely to be from TVR ?

Depends wich part you want. The glass and relfector are from a scana truck, but are not an enclosed unit, then you need a ruber seal. The whole lot cost about £50 from TVR.
