RH - ERS insurance??

I'm confused - just had my policy renewal from RH/ERS - tried to phone the policy renewal number 01277 206911 - nothing? No ring - no engaged tone - Nothing??
Checked their website for an alternative number 033300433911 - also nothing??
Anyone know what's happening with this company - or have a working contact telephone number for them.

You might have that second number wrong. My good friends at Google reckon it's:

0333 043 3911

Failing that, try:

0330 094 9911

If that doesn't work, give this a go:

0330 123 5992

Finally, these two numbers (for different parts of the business, but you never know...):

0345 602 3381
0800 783 3280
