Printing on canvas

I need to get a photo printed on canvas as a present, about A3 size
Anyone got any recommendations for a decent service? or are all the printers much the same?

Might be worth looking into something called Edge Printing. Instead of canvas, the image is printed onto a piece of smooth MDF and the edges bound in matte plastic (choice of colours). This gives a sharper, deeper finish to the photo than most canvas prints I've seen.

Edit to add - Loxley Colour can do this, I've used them for a few things and found them to be very good.

I've been very happy with the service from Photobox. They have frequent special offers and if I wait til they have one of their half price offers on I can get two 75 by 50cm canvases for about £68 including delivery.
