Hi all
Still trying to find a good Daily driver to replace my mk5 gti.
Coupes are preference and want automatic so was looking at the BMW 3 series as don't want to drop to much power from the golf.
I've found a few nice 325i m sports e92 for my budget (about £7000) as the 330 seem to come in at £9000 and I'm a stickler for mileage.
But then thought about the e46 330ci and 325ci which are up for about £4500.
Not to bothered about the power but heard back things about the 4 pots and I do plan to get a ps13/200sx/gtst later down the line for a fun car but I should get my daily sorted first.
Thanks in advance

It was more funny with the original spelling.

Why are you worried about mileage on a cheap E90 6 cylinder 3 series? They do huge mileages with little trouble, low mileage ones are incredibly rare hence commanding stupidly high prices - get. 330d with 130-150k miles for £5k and enjoy it.

If you by a crappy old 3 series you're going to live to regret it.

Also you can't edit the title... so I fear your thread is forever doomed and unlikely to recover. Best try again hehe

This is more like it. Some helpful information. I do about 8000 miles a year so feel like I won't benefit from going diesel and have dpf problems?

Well we best hope the helpful and nice community of pistonheads can filter through the complex and encrypted title wink

That's what made me think e92>e46 as newer and only heard great things about the 6 pot
