Hi all
Looking at purchasing a new van.
The plan is to sell my car and buy a crew cab van and set up on my own.
What I'm struggling to find out is, if I buy the van now on hire purchase whilst I'm employed can i then claim any benefits from it when I go on my own ? Tax returns etc or does it have to be bought through the business name ?
