Mast Cell Disease

This is a long shot but does anyone have experience of Mast Cell Disease & implications for cancer treatment, specifically chemotherapy?

You are going to have to give much more information then that I'm afraid. Do you mean Mast Cell Activation Syndrome? And chemo for what??

TBH I'm not sure you will get much advice if its MCAS and chemo as the number of people with MCAS is very small (never seen it myself) and interactions with chemo are going to be specific to that regime and probably that individual. If you can give more info I will try and give some info if I can (probably doubtful), or try and work out who is the expert in the area.
