The blue is very nice, and in Rolex terms not bad value for money with an interesting complication.

There are however availability/demand issues with this and a quick look on watchfinder shows you they are trading around 15k if you want to avoid authorised dealer wait lists.

Yes - I think with the complications the watch is actually undervalued.

Whats the waiting list or availability like on this model?

Is it a watch that will be sat in the window anywhere or is it very much in demand.

Very good looking watch IMO.

It’s actually steel and white gold (the fluted bezel baring the precious metal), I’ve been trying to get my hands on one of these since it was released at Basel world this year but no joy most places have closed waiting lists, usually it’s only the steel sports models that are hard to come by but this one seems to be the exception.

I think it’s down to the hype of it just being released this year, and I’m sure within time it will become a lot easier to attain, it looks great and is good value for money when you take into account the complications, always liked the Sky Dweller but couldn’t quite justify the costs before this one came up as it was only available in precious metal.

From my experience so far the steel/white bezel and blue face seems to be the most sought after, I popped down the Watchfinder to see it in the flesh and it looked great however I’m definitely not willing to pay 15/16k!

They did offer a straight swap for my white ceramic Daytona, but the Daytona is definitely the better investment in the long run IMO.

Picked up mine, first one the dealer received! Waiting lists are huge for these now and seems no more around until after the price rise... Suppose i got lucky

A nice watch, but be warned- they are a chunky piece. Having tried one on I concluded they are far too big for my wrist size.

Trade is being cautious about this one as the premiums aren't likely to last. They'll be available at RRP sometime in the near future, methinks! Lovely as they are and complicated as they are, they're just a blinged DJ to the untrained eye...
