Help? 911.2 turbo S V 911.2 RS as second car?

As the owner of a 911 turbo s,I have to say,wow,what a car. However,I am drawn to a 911 RS. Either will do 10k per year. A great choice I know,anyone driven both?

I've got both - 991 RS and a 991.2 Turbo S Cab. The Turbo is softer, quieter, more comfortable, more practical. The RS is hard, noisy, more focussed and more thrilling when driven with commitment. It depends what you want from a second car.

It depends if you can buy the RS new as at £170k ish I doubt you would loose anything if you kept it for a couple of years but if you can't then guessing that they are going to be around £300k for a flipped one then it could work out expensive.
As a daily it might be a thought for a non RS with the touring pack as a bit more subtle and won't stand out when you park it somewhere and attract the wrong people.

I have owned them. Both great cars but RS is more special. Now have 991.2 Gt3 and 911.2 Turbo s nice to have the choice!

It would if you bought one at £300k (or whatever they will be overs) then it would work out very expensive as will hurt the value but buying one new and saving the £100k overs will struggle to loose money.
Currently the highest mileage 991.1 RS is £199k that has done 14500 miles and still £50k overs so if that had 20k it would be late £180k's so still a decent amount of money made if bought new.
