220cdi - slight hesitation on light throttle
Discussion
Hi all, looking for some help.
As per the title really. I have a 2007 W203 C220cdi auto on about 230k miles.
The old girl runs fine on the whole, but very occasionally there is a slight hesitation on light throttle increases.
Mainly happens on the motorways. Holding a steady throttle position, ask for a touch more and... pause for half a second... and power restored.
Impossible to replicate it or predict it happening. More assertive throttle inputs are never an issue, just the very slight increases.
I'll live with it as the car's worth buttons and I like it for what it is - but if it's a cheap and easy well known fix / clean / adjustment / part swap, I'd like to sort it.
Any ideas?
