Polythene Sheeting - gauge and microns

Ok bored at home today with two blocked ears (apparently swimming on holidays and ear wax don't mix
) can't hear the tele so in the garage pottering and decided to have a bash at fixing my slow windows.
All going nicely according to plan but I need to replace the polythene behind the door cards. eBay is my friend but I have no idea about gauge and microns!!
Can anyone point me in the right direction on what I need - Obviously its very thin stuff
