The ones down the left hand side. They flash up for an instant then disappear.

Me or you please?

This is on Google Chrome, seems okay on Microsoft Edge.

Seems to be a problem mainly for desktop browsers. I seem to remember last night looking at the forums on my mobile using Chrome and it was working OK, but today I'm using IE11 and it doesn't work, normally I use Chrome on a desktop and it was also broken.

The missing icons are related to HM testing their new crappy interactive drop down masthead menu setup.

So a fix 'in the next week or so' extends to around 20days and climbing.

Given the feedback on the new masthead that's in the other linked page above, surely they should just step away from these particular dev options. They're breaking more stuff than they're fixing!
