Classic Car repairs near Guidlford

As a proud owner of a newly acquired Triumph Herald 1200 I would like to get a few things done on the car like lubrication service,little bit of body tidying up etc

As I'm based in Guildford I would like a good reliable garage or independent mechanic who can handle classic cars without ruining them or cheating where time spent or money is concerned

I've used Winspeed at Wood Street village. They mainly specialise in Jaguars, so I'm not sure whether they would be the cheapest place to look at.

Renaissance Classics in Ripley handle a wide range of classics in their workshops, from old MGs to high end Ferraris.

I've found them very approachable and highly pragmatic - proper motor engineers.
