Help with car bumper

Hi everyone. I just noticed this with a car I got a few weeks ago.

I have to push it in but its still loose. This is on the drivers side. The other side is fine.

Is the bracket broken? How much does it cost usually to fix?

Perhaps, perhaps not.
Best to take it to a couple of local body shops for quotes. It may only require a heat up and the tabs manipulated in a way that makes them click into place, or not.
