Oil change on a NA //M Car

What's the recommended oil change period for NA BMW cars that do < 1k miles a year?

Every 2 years, but even that is maybe a little OTT with such extreme low mileage use.

thanks. Was asking because I have e46 CSL and ZM Coupe, both low yearly mileage.
They are under extended warranty and was concerned that warranty cover may need regular oil changes.

That's a valid point , the warranty I think says something like it requires ""servicing to the required schedule " in which case best stick to 2 years as that's stated in owners manual.
