Well that's a new one for me, never hear of Rumbledethumps before. Appears to be a version of bubble & squeak

I was looking at healthy things to eat at work and Sainsbury's do a variety or pre-prepared veg that you can microwave and spotted this.

The Sainsbury version is very nice, but don't kid yourself that it is even vaguely healthy! Waaaaaay too much cheese, butter and potato for that.
