I'm looking to transport a classic vehicle under 20 miles within Buckinghamshire.

The vehicle cannot move under it's own power but will have spare hands at both ends to assist loading and unloading.

Any recommendations for a good, insured service at a fair price?

Thanks.

Earlier this year I used Dave Saunders at Marque One Transport, tel 07841 614052. I think he is based in Lymington, Hants, so may be a bit far for you. He was very good to work with and I was happy with his service. He had been recommended to me.

Twenty miles? Know anyone with a 4x4? I'd hire a trailer for that distance.

Hi Guys,

I'm currently based in Cyprus so am arranging this move from here.

I've just messaged V8 TVR.

Simon,

I'll contact your man to see what he can do.

If anyone else can recommend any Bucks based car transporter then I'd still like to hear from you just so I can get at least a couple of prices.

Thanks.

Hi. I'd recommend Ed Rudler at Rudler - they are based in the M4 corridor. I've used them several times always with good success.

Alternatively I'd try Lee at Apex Motorsport Logsitics - Lee is a good guy and used to Mechanic one of my race cars. http://www.apexmotorsportlogistics.co.uk/
