They are horrific. Like a Little Chef without the culinary excellence...

Went to one in LA as it was the only place we could find within walking distance of the hotel. It had no redeeming features whatsoever.

Just what we need in the UK....another low grade eatery pedalling unhealthy, cheap, unethical slop.

It'll probably be overpriced like Krispy Kreme and all that crap

You took the words right out of my mouth. No doubt will be charging 4x the price of the American equivalent like Krispy Kreme does.

Five Guys, £16 for a McDonalds style meal. No thanks.

I eat healthily 95% of the time, but I must confess to enjoying Dennys. I've eaten there a million times in the States.

For anyone unfamiliar with what's coming this way, I give you the Grand Slam Slugger

I like Dennys as well. Quite a few healthier and lighter options these days, as well as perfectly good breakfasts and free coffee refills. I don't think we need them in the uk though.

and I give it back.

Give me a proper English breakfast, not pancakes.

Gentlemen, you have not lived until you've eaten pancakes with maple garnished with the remainder of the bacon, fried egg and potato hash. You just haven't.

Hey, a maple garnished bacon may taste like pumpkin pie. But I'll never know 'cause I wouldn't eat the filthy motherfkers.

Perhaps the maple bacon sundae would be more to Sir's liking?

Denny's is an "experience" for sure.

The only time I've been in one I ordered a Coke with an extra cherry flavour shot. It tasted great but I seriously thought I was having some sort of a sugar induced heart attack!!

Maybe they'll up their game for the UK? Will be interesting to see the reviews... apparently they are also opening in Cardiff.
