Audi A3 Apple Carplay

Hi All,

Not sure whether I have posted this in the correct forum however I did search the forum and couldn't find the answer to my question. I've just been allocated a 2015 Audi A3 SE Sportback through my employer. As I haven't got access to the car yet nor will the leasing company provide me with much detail I wanted to know whether anyone knew whether it does have Apple Carplay.

Also I have been told that you are able to retrospectively add satnav to the car through an SD card (not that I would require it but it would be good to know that this is an option) is this true for my particular vehicle?

Colleague with a 2015 A3 SE definitely doesn’t have it.

I doubt it will have carplay - but having had a play with carplay in a Q5 at the weekend, it's a bit clunky using the dial to control. Siri works well though, for pulling music up / calls / messages.

Works much better with touch-screens though.
