Hi guys,

Been a while since my last post.

Looking to replace the Doblo with the new VW Amarok V6 (3.0 TDI) Double cab and optional entire space a cab (covering back part).

Does anyone own one, or have any experience with it? It would be a new order from VW.

I should add, it's for shifting around building materials (small amount as required) and potentially towing and carry up to 5 people at the same time.

We've got one at work, used to have a 2013 model as well so can compare.

New interior/dash is nicely laid out. Headunit works well if you spec the CarPlay, far better option than the standard nav.

The V6 is the engine it should've come with from the start, much more effortless than the old 4-cyl diesel they used to come with, beyond that drives much the same as they used to.

They do like a bit of AdBlue, but then I guess most stuff that uses it gets through it at a rate anyway..

I'll be considering one for my next company vehicle.

Glad to hear it, will organise a test drive soon. I think the AdBlue is pretty standard these days, just have to keep a bottle somewhere in the car.

I have one and I really like it, I use it for throwing bikes and scooters in the back, plus a bit of work, and general purpose, ladders etc.
We’ve just used it for a weekend away so 350mile wife and 2 kids, sucked up the miles, high 20’s fuel consumption.
