Public liability & Contents insurance

I am looking to take out public liability and contents on a unit I have just taken over.

Having tried a few companies AXA are coming back the cheapest however I am open to other recommendations as I seem to remember a member on here worked within the insurance industry?

Looking for about 50k in contents insurance and standard public liability (previous quotes have been for £2mil)
