Defibrillator help please

I know that there are medical experts on here and so would appreciate some impartial advice please.
I'm looking for one for our Estate office on our industrial estate and, having visited the Health & Safety exhibition at Event City earlier this week, I have tied my self in a knot trying to choose one.
So, I'm looking for an automatic version for dummies (including me) and seem to be spoilt for the many makes and choices available.
I don't want to spend a fortune because I expect it to be nicked at some stage but I do want to choose one that won't let us down when needed and is easy to maintain or have maintained on a regular basis.
We probably have about 25 folk on site here daily plus say 40 visitors each day coming and going - so I want to be prepared just in case.
Of course everyone that I asked at the event recommended their own - surprisingly!

Won't use automatic, try your local hospital med elec dept if you want, links above are good though.

Get in touch with your local ambulance service and they'll usually have a community resuscitation team or something along those lines and they'll be able to advise you and in most cases also offer any training you need.
If you're in the either London or South Central Ambulance Service areas then let me know and I'll be able to put you in touch with someone who can help.

I'm guessing it's not the reason for putting a Defib in place, but a little publicity may be a nice benefit,

Yes FB but not Twitter
