It's an opportunity for those who have experienced issues and resolved them to guide others to a solution - in my experience many posts on here have been repeated many times which is why it is awash with stickies which are frequently missed by new threads in WF

It's also a platform for unresolved issues to be raised with the "management team" so that they can be passed to the "development team"

However if the issue is with a single user bearing in mind the number of users and the variety of access methods it's unlikely to be prioritized for action.

However I do take your point that it currently seems a little "Ghost town" from a management or development team perspective

you should see the PH Board section if you want to see a real ghost town - that has gone very quiet...
