Hi Guys & Gals.

Following comments made on ph & the emails I have received since the airing on Fifth gear last night, I want to set the record straight.

Thanks to you guys VMAX has become a very popular and successful event and one that I think is very special.

I purposely didn't have a link to the vmax website following the show last night & footage of myself was at a minimum.

I thought the footage on the show was good, it showed some of the great aspects of the day & worked well.

The formula works & I have no plans to change it or start allowing vmaxpower to become a reality.

Please rest assured that while spaces are always at a premium due to high demand, I remember what made vmax work, you guys & your cooperation & consideration of others in your driving on the day.

I only have plans to expand vmax in so much as having other events as I have spoken to some of you about before, vmax, the day, will remain the same.

And to those who have judged us as people with more money than sense both on here & in emails and who think the day is cr@p, well, I guess you'll never know will you

Craig, I'm not a "Vmaxer" as yet but I have to say the last day was superbly run with nice cars and nice people and was an absolute credit to you and all the guys participating, I only hope I can sneak a place from you next time. I can barely believe you are getting some dopey idiots sending what amounts to abusive e-mails regarding the event. What planet are these people on? Keep up the good work.

It was a great day, and expertly run. I cannot see how anybody could think otherwise, even from the limited footage shown last night, ie. no looning around, no doughnuts, no tyre smoke, no accidents, no issues. Top stuff.
