The forum footer is following me around the page on my iphone when scrolling up and down using safari.

Only just recently started happening.

I use firefox on an iphone and I don't see it - just for a giggle I tried safari and I don't see it either (iPhone 4s IOS 9.3 from memory)

Happening for me on iOS and Safari, very annoying!

The ‘Submit’ button also disappears until you scroll around a bit.
