Had to admit defeat on mine 18 months ago now, Still hate it. I thought “at least I won’t have to go to the hairdresser any more”. It’s worse than that. Having to shave it every week and get the neckline right is a .

Propecia and 5% Minoxidil all help slow the thinning of hair. They do actually work, but in the end I just shaved all my hair off and was much happier.

That's what I use and it seems to have stopped my hair loss. I have an "odd" shaped head which would look ridiculous if I was bald, hence why I am keen to retain what I have left. I just wish I had started on Propecia earlier.
