If you have more than one account with eBay, and they have (or think they have) cause to suspend one of your accounts, do they suspend all of your accounts?

I ask this, as I tried to sell one of my watches over the weekend (a Brietling). This is not a fake watch, though the box and papers were lost to a house fire just over a year ago. The auction had gone through okay up until today, when I received an email from eBay saying they've removed the listing as it violates their counterfeit code (which is pure comedy given the amount of moody chavtat to be found within the electronic book of dreams). They say they may reverse this if I show them proof that the watch is kosha, and that they may suspend my account if I try and re-list it.

The only proof I can show is my charge card statement which only has the jeweller's name on it, not the make of watch.

If I set up a new account, will I be screwed?

TIA

Can you get the watch authenticated by a watchmaker/jeweller and post a photo of this on the auction?

What might also help is a clear photo of the Breitling 'B' stamp on the bezel (it's on the vertical edge at 11.30 of the watch face) as I've yet to see a fake with this stamp.
