Like that.alot.shame the price is a bit toppy v std carrera. If it had rear seats i would be very seriously considering one.

Believe you can spec. rear seats back in.

Not exactly light is it, just specd one on configurator manual and rear steer comes in at £90k so not cheap either ! Would have much preferred a 6speed manual and n/a flat6!

Must be getting near the end of 991 production a runout special for the base 911 (new 992 Geneva 2018?) can't see this selling well

This smacks of desperate marketing IMO..How many iterations of the 991 can they come up with i wonder..! The new 718GTS is a bit of a damp squid by offering a measly 15hp extra to avoid the 370hp 991 Carrera.
Porsche needs to pare back its model ranges and avoid over marketing which will only dilute the brand IMO. In terms of the 991 Touring i just specced one up to £100k plus without much difficulty. I would rather a standard 370hp Carrera coupe and add PCCBs and bucket seats for the same price as the basic Touring.

I stopped at 'turbo'...

Why not just by a manual GTS with 80bhp more ....
