Need to contact the head office of Powerhouse, electrical retailer, anyone happen to know the postal address ?

I had a rather nasty experience with them, where by I bought some extended warranty, with a cash back at end of term if it didn't suffer a break down.

Time came to claim it, the original powerhouse retail company had gone into administration, along with the company who ran the policy

And then re opened using the same name, but none of the old policies were to be honoured!!!

i refuse to step foot in one of their shops now.

Yep, Me too. They still owe me 250 quid! We contact them every few months, just so that they know who we are. I did hear a rumour a few weeks ago that the issue may be close to resolution now, and some kind of settlement may be close for these old powerhouse cash back warrenties. That would be nice.....

I had one of these - did you buy the warranty with credit card - if so the credit card company are entirely liable and will refund your money 100% - I know, I did it!! If you need more details, email me.

I paid cash for the warranty on my fridge freezer and the washing machine.

I've given up on the issue with the ers

I got offered £1.71 for each policy irc.
