My windows have been problematic for a few years now and I narrowed down the problem area to be a damaged cable in the hinge area of the wiring loom. I've been pulling and poking the braided area enough to make it work but as the doors are off for a chassis restore, I thought I'd tackle a door rewire.

I'm not bothered about mirror controls, speakers etc, just the wires for the window controls and I thought I might as well do the door release buttons too. I have the wiring diagrams etc etc and I can get the colour coded wire by the meter but I don't know what the x3 connectors are from (blue, white and black). Any ideas?

Alternatively, if anyone has a pair of wiring harnesses for sale, please PM me.

I used Superseal connectors on mine. Worked really well.Resolved the recalcitrant door opening and slow window. Had to buy a proper crimping tool, but it was worthwhile.

Just got the passenger door to tackle...

I know the superseal connectors are the way forward, however I need to know what the original connectors are for now.
