Hmm, it's not as ugly as I was expecting. Certainly not as badly proportioned as the X4 and X6.

Interesting to see these in the flesh, and how big they are compared to an X1 or X3. Driven the X4 on a number of occasions and the cabin space and boot space is not brilliant and unsure why you would buy one over the X3.

The BMW badge on the rear quarter is a bit weird, apart from that, it looks great.

Who would of thought within the past 17 years BMW would end up with a model line consisting of

X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 and X6 ...all some sort of 4x4 / crossover thing ... how times change

Looks like a slightly chunky 1 series, the countryman version?

Don't forget the incoming X7 wink

But...
Ditto Audi
Ditto Merc

Ditto the smarter manufacturers, capturing the fastest growing automotive sector!

The side looks great... front and rear awful.

Side view looks good, especially in that yellow. I think red would also be kind to this shape but I'd want the colour coded side trim of the blue one.

Not as bad as I was expecting. Better proportioned than the X1 and X3, and nowhere near the abortion that is the X6...

Whole range of BMW's look like someone has just cropped and stretched the same car really really uninspiring.

I thought the same. Usually when I see X on a BMW I'm expecting it to look like a dog egg on wheels but the X2 isn't too badly proportioned at all.

I still wouldn't own but that's just an SUV thing.
