EFB Battery in a non stop-start car?

Out of curiosity, are there are advantages/disadvantages to running a EFB battery in a non-stop start car?
The difference in price is not much, and they appear to be built for a more demanding environment, so would it last longer etc in a non-stop start.
Or will it offer no advantages or explode killing all occupants
