Blimey! Are we also going to have threads for ‘Dixon of Dock Green’ and ‘Z Cars’?

Yes I’m also an old git and remember all of them.

I have all the episodes, but my favourites are probably Castle de'ath (Mr McSteed) laugh, Murdersville (Shot on location at Aldbury Hertfordshire), The hour that never was, A surfeit of H20 and The town of no return, (filmed at Holkham Gap and Wighton in Norfolk)....all of which I have visited to take some photographs of the locations.

Is that an actual photo from the series or just a promo? Either way the person who dressed, tied and arranged Diana Rigg that way has a serious dom fetish. I've not seen knots like that since...um... .

ETA, ball gag as well huh?

My hat , that's damned close fitting Mrs Peel (as John Steed might have said ). Actually I was hoping to see a picture of her Elan - still the prettiest small sports car ever - but I guess I will just have to admire some other lovely lines instead .

Patrick Magoohan originally intended to use an Elan in "The Prisoner" but when informed that an Elan was being used in "The Avengers", he decided on the Seven instead.

Back on ITV 4

Great nostalgia. Old cars and a view of England that is just bizarre

I thought he wasn't a fan of numbers.
