Recently purchased this, I wanted one ever since owning and selling a mint condition 3rd Gen - last time I saw it, it was straight piped and slammed on Accord Type R wheels. Anywho, I've always been looking for a new one eventually I found one on my favourite auction site for the right price/condition and most importantly manual!

I had a spare hour yesterday which gave me the perfect opportunity to give it a quick clean and take some decent photos, so here she is.

Although not in perfect condition I would consider her to be in great condition for her age.

First job carried out on the car was to tackle a leak in the boot - I assume this was one of the rear light seals as after being replaced the boot floor has been dry ever since. I would have otherwise assumed a leaky bootlid to be the culprit however the carpets weren't wet, just the spare wheel well.

First the boot floor was sanded down to bare metal and a wire wheel used to get rid of the rust and corrosion, then primered and painted.

During:

After, amazing colour match.

I also changed the battery terminals and re-crimped them due to not liking the look of them before and with the new terminals I can add accessories easily on ring terminals.

Lovely clean copper.

I still have a few jobs to do on the car, however I'm debating selling it at the current time as I never drive it - however when I do drive it, it's an utter blast!

Looks lovely. Really miss my Gen4 bb4 but rust forced me to sell. Buying one of these would have that same fear at the back of my mind that one day rust would just take over from the rear arches.
