End of the affair

Well, after three and a half years the affair is over. It started before I got married, continued thoroughout married life, (she even came to our wedding) but finally I had to end it. My wife has always been understanding but when she found out how expensive my mistress is she made me choose.
Whilst I could happily live in the car (and let's face it keeping it on the rod is like paying a small mortgate) unfortunately lack of storage space and shower meant practicality and hygiene (and the wife) won.
Like all relationships we had our ups and downs, but the ups were always MUCH higher than the downs. I can't think of any other car which has the sheer presence of the Cerb, the ability to make me smile just by looking at it, and grin idiotically as I accelerated in second through tunnels.
I think it is because it was BLUE, which we all know is the best colour (just to reignite an old argument)
Once she new it was over, she didn't hang around, I told her Thursday, she met a new man on Saturday and left me last night.
If there is anyone surfing these forums who is considering a Cerbera DO IT. It may cost you an arm and a leg, but I have absolutely no regrets. I doubt I will ever be able to afford another but you only live once and the memories will linger long after its gone.
